Residential Architectural Planning Drawings

I’m ready to move from rough ideas to a full set of residential planning drawings that will satisfy local permit requirements and give my builder everything needed to price and schedule the work. Because the project is definitely Residential, accuracy, clear notation, and compliance with code are top priorities. Here’s what I will need from you: • Complete scaled drawings: site plan, floor plans, roof plan, elevations, building sections, and key details • CAD (DWG) files plus print-ready PDFs • A revision cycle that allows me to fine-tune room sizes, window placements, and exterior proportions after the first draft • General coordination notes for structural, MEP, and energy code so those consultants can jump in seamlessly later I haven’t locked a style yet, so feel free to propose Modern, Traditional, or something eclectic that blends into the neighbourhood; I’ll choose what resonates once I see your concept sketches. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, or similar, just let me know—interoperability is important for my contractor. Please briefly outline your process, expected timeframe, and how many design iterations are included so I can be sure we’re on the same page before we start.
