I need ONE senior engineer who has already shipped or repaired adult cam products (studio + member player + low-latency video + tips + Lovense) to audit THIS existing site A–Z, fix what is broken, upgrade what is weak, and make it commercially tight. If you want to rebuild it in a new stack, leave. If you will inspect the live product first, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Open streamlumi.com as a member and as a model. Then audit the EXISTING frontend and backend. Find bugs, wrong code, dead paths, and features that exist but do not work or are pointed the wrong way. Fix and upgrade the current implementation first. Add only what is genuinely missing. No silent rewrite. Redesign BOTH live streaming windows — model studio and member viewer — to a serious cam-site standard. Reference website shared after shortlist. Not a light CSS pass. FIX LOVENSE on the existing integration: connect, pair, tip-to-vibration, public/private sync, disconnect/reconnect, model vs member state. Must work on production, not a demo. Walk ALL 17 orgs/departments. No sampling. For each one: what exists, what is broken, what EXTRA features/fixtures/functions it requires. Fix existing first, then add the gap. All 17 must function perfectly. Full list at kickoff. Test every touched path: model + member, desktop + mobile, public + private, every department. Ready for serious commercial use on the site that is already online. Anything not written here is in the attached full brief, or will be communicated as work starts. HOW YOU WILL WORK Surgeon, not demolition. The site already works. Inherit our stack. Check the existing feature first — if it is broken, fix it; if it is weak, upgrade it; if it is missing and required, add it. Prove it on StreamLumi, not a prototype. WHO SHOULD BID Hands-on with live adult cam platforms, WebRTC/HLS, performer + member UIs, tokens/privates, Lovense repair, and multi-org/department products.
