The idea
Most job portals were designed to hold your attention, not to help you find work. Algorithmic feeds, vanity metrics, artificial competition — what is left is anxiety. Fairplace was born from the conviction that it can be done differently: real jobs, real companies, and sources that can be shared without fear.
The environment
There is no scoreboard here. No profile-view rankings, no empty endorsements, no feed engineered to keep you glued to the screen. What exists is a chronological and honest feed: new jobs and company updates, in the order they happen.
