YouTube Interview to 2D Animation

I have a 3-minute-38-second YouTube interview in Thai featuring two women seated side-by-side. I want to turn that live-action footage into a clean 2D animated video with an informative, educational vibe. The animated characters should be female, professional, adult businesswomen of Thai-Asian appearance (not Chinese-looking), but they do not need to resemble the actual women in the video. The background can remain unchanged. The 5-second intro and 10-second ending songs may be removed at your discretion. I will supply the original video link and any transcription you need. Please keep the pacing, dialogue, and on-screen exchange intact while re-imagining the visuals: animated hosts, background, any supporting graphics, lower thirds, or call-outs that help viewers follow the conversation. The original Thai audio track must be kept and synchronized to the existing timing. For approval, I’d like to see a quick storyboard or style frames first, then the rough cut with temp animation, and finally the polished HD file ready for YouTube along with the editable project files (e.g., After Effects, Toon Boom, or your preferred 2D suite).
