About the job

I need seven master mould boxes modelled so I can print them and use them to create silicone cavity moulds for casting plaster miniatures. Each box will house four different flat-backed figures, giving a total of twenty-eight unique relief designs. You will receive high-resolution reference images for every figure; please match their shape and details, reproduce fine surface details, and keep all raised or recessed elements crisp. The finished geometry has to release cleanly from silicone, so avoid under-cuts and leave every surface smooth to minimise post-processing on the cast pieces. The master boxes themselves must include removable sides that I can take off before demoulding the cured silicone. As long as the sides detach without tools and re-seat accurately you are free to choose the fastening method. Deliverables • Seven complete box assemblies supplied in STL format, print-ready at high resolution. • Clean, watertight meshes with correct wall thickness for resin printing. • All features checked for easy demoulding and free of non-manifold errors. I’ll sign off each design as soon as a quick test render shows the proportions and detailing are faithful to the references, and final approval follows once the STLs pass a standard slicer inspection. Experience with CAD, mould design, relief modelling or practical 3D printing will help you move quickly on this project. Example of final product attached.
