Residential & Commercial Space Design

I’m looking for a versatile designer who can take on both my residential and commercial projects. On the residential side I need warm, livable interiors that still feel contemporary, while the commercial work spans an office, a small gym and a couple of retail-style shop units. Every space needs a complete concept inside and out, so exterior façade studies are just as important as interior layouts and finishes. You’ll be working from my sketches, measurements and mood-board references, turning them into precise AutoCAD plans, detailed SketchUp models and photorealistic 3D renders that let stakeholders visualise the result before we break ground. Drafts should come layered and organised so my contractor can read them at a glance, and renders must show true-to-life materials, lighting and scale. Key deliverables • AutoCAD floor plans, elevations and reflected ceiling plans for each space • Fully textured SketchUp models • High-resolution still renders (and short walk-through clips if you’re comfortable producing them) I’ll review in two rounds: first pass for layout and massing, final pass for materials, lighting and furnishings.
