Limited Company Year-End Statements

Accounts ready, need to reveiw only. I need my limited company’s year-end financial statements drafted accurately and in a format ready to file with Companies House and HMRC. All bookkeeping for the period has already been captured in QuickBooks Online, so you will be working directly from that data. Your task is to extract the trial balance, make any final year-end adjustments we agree on, and produce a compliant set of statutory accounts (profit & loss, balance sheet, notes, and directors’ report). I am not looking for tax filing or an audit—just the clean, professional preparation of the financial statements themselves. You will receive full, read-only access to QuickBooks plus any supporting documents you ask for. I’ll review a draft first, then once any tweaks are finished I’ll need the final PDF along with the working papers in Excel or similar. If you use recognised tools such as TaxFiler or Capium to generate the accounts, let me know; otherwise, a well-formatted Word or Excel template is fine as long as it meets UK GAAP standards. Please outline your experience preparing limited company accounts from QuickBooks data and confirm you can deliver within two weeks of being hired.
