Google Form Creation From Spreadsheet

I have an extensive data sheet that needs to be converted into a clean, easy-to-navigate Google Form. The questions already exist in the sheet; they just need to be organised and entered in the Form with the right formats and layout. • Question types required: Multiple choice and Short answer, exactly as they appear in the source sheet. • Structure: Several logical sections/page breaks so respondents are not overwhelmed. • Flow: Straightforward—no conditional branching or show/hide rules. Deliverable: a share-ready Google Form (with edit access transferred to me) that mirrors the content and order of the data sheet, neatly sectioned and fully tested for spelling, formatting, and response collection. The sheet will be provided immediately on project start; I simply need the finished Form link in return.
