What You Will Do

Research and identify genuine companies that may require IT and software development services. - Identify companies with active technology requirements, upcoming projects, outsourcing needs, or requirements for external development partners. - Identify relevant decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, Engineering Managers, Heads of Technology, Procurement teams, and other business decision-makers. - Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, company websites, networking, referrals, and other legitimate sources. - Initiate professional conversations with potential clients. - Understand the client's business and technology requirements. - Introduce MindFusion InfoTech and recommend relevant IT services based on the client's requirements. - Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects. - Build and maintain long-term business relationships. - Qualify opportunities and share relevant project requirements with our team. - Coordinate with our team when a prospect is interested in discussing a project. - Maintain basic lead information, communication history, and follow-up status. Engagement and Commission This is a commission-based business development partnership. The freelancer can work remotely and independently. There is no fixed monthly salary for this engagement. Commission will be mutually agreed based on successfully converted business or project opportunities. Once a qualified opportunity is generated, the MindFusion InfoTech team will support requirement discussions, technical discussions, estimation, proposal preparation, and project delivery.
