Functional Living Space Redesign

I'm seeking an experienced architect to redesign my house that I am planning to build. The aim is to enhance the practicality and usability of our living spaces, particularly the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen, with all designs focused towards the view of the lake and sunsets. Key Requirements: - Redesign should prioritize functionality and everything catered towards the view of the lake. - Focus on living room, bedrooms, and kitchen. Incorporate hvac detail with individual heating and cooling controls in each room. - Incorporate mechanical and electrical details for whole house. Will need to provide cad files for the whole build. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven architectural design experience - Strong understanding of living space functionality - Ability to integrate mechanical and electrical systems in design - Knowledge of current design trends.
