AI Chatbot & Voice Agent

I’m launching a brand-new website for my company and want visitors to interact with it through both an AI-powered chat widget and a browser-based voice assistant. The scope breaks down into three parts: 1. AI Chatbot – a conversational interface embedded directly on the site that can handle FAQs, collect basic lead information, and escalate to human support when needed. 2. AI Voice Agent – a voice-activated layer (WebRTC or a comparable solution) so users can speak rather than type, with the same knowledge base and intent handling as the text bot. 3. Custom AI Development – any glue logic, integrations, or model fine-tuning needed to connect the bot/voice layer to my CRM, email marketing tool, or future analytics dashboards.
