About the job

I need a complete set of KiCad schematics drawn from scratch for a fairly large, multi-board concept. The job is limited to the schematic stage—no PCB layout—yet the design is dense, with a high component count, multiple power rails, and several digital-analog interfaces that must be kept well organised through hierarchical sheets. I will supply a first batch of parts: CPUs, power converters, key connectors and a few specialised ICs, each with its electrical characteristics and a preferred footprint. The remaining devices—discrete passives, protection components, odds-and-ends ICs—still need library symbols created or matched to existing KiCad libraries, along with suitable footprints. Whenever information is missing, I will point you to the relevant datasheets; you then add the symbol, link the footprint, and keep everything tidy inside a project-specific library. What I expect as the final hand-off: • The .kicad_sch files covering every sheet, properly annotated and error-checked • A clean project library containing any custom symbols and footprints you created • An up-to-date BOM exported from KiCad that includes manufacturer part numbers Please keep ERC clear of errors and warnings, use consistent net naming, and structure the design so that another engineer can pick it up for immediate PCB routing.
