Transcribe Research Notes to Word

I have a set of handwritten pages that capture raw research data for an academic project, and I need every word transcribed accurately into an editable Microsoft Word document. The handwriting is generally clear, but a few pages include quick margin comments and simple tables that should be reproduced just as they appear. The final document will be used for academic analysis and could later be formatted for publication, so clean spelling, consistent headings and faithful layout are important. I’m flexible on citation style—APA or MLA both work for me—so choose whichever lets you keep the flow smooth without slowing the turnaround. Please keep the structure of the original notes: replicate headings, sub-headings, numbered observations, and any inline equations or symbols. If something is truly illegible, highlight it in yellow and flag the page number so I can clarify.
