One-Time Excel Expert Required – Create a Pre-Formatted & Formula-Based Excel File I am looking for an Excel expert for a one-time project to create a new Excel workbook from scratch. The freelancer will need to design the Excel sheet, enter/structure the required data, and create formulas so that calculations are automated. The final file should be easy to use, professional, and ready for future data entry.

Requirements
