Full-Stack Dev Needed for Bilingual Test-Prep App

I am looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build "Vina (வினா)", a highly interactive, bilingual (English/Tamil) test preparation and AI-mentorship app for TNPSC aspirants. Because this application relies heavily on Tamil language UI, regional exam structures, and Tamil Unicode rendering, native or fluent Tamil speakers will be strongly preferred. What You Will Build: You will be responsible for taking my complete Technical Blueprint (already documented) and turning it into a production-ready application. A responsive Web platform (Next.js) and Native Mobile App (Capacitor or React Native). A zero-latency, client-side testing engine that can handle 200-question bilingual exams without network lag. Integration of KaTeX to natively render mathematical formulas from our database. Gamified daily engagement features (Current Affairs stories, Daily 5-Question Streaks). API integration with Google Gemini Flash for in-app question explanations and macro-performance analysis. Required Tech Stack: Frontend: Next.js (React), Tailwind CSS Mobile Wrap: Capacitor JS or React Native Backend/Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage) AI/API: Google Gemini API Key Challenges You Must Solve: Ensuring flawless side-by-side bilingual (English/Tamil) UI rendering on all screen sizes. Managing a complex local state so a 3-hour, 200-question exam is entirely offline-resilient after the initial load. Implementing deterministic logic where top-level scorecard math perfectly matches filtered UI review lists. What I Will Provide: I have a complete, version-controlled Master Technical Specification & Architecture Blueprint. It includes exact database schemas (tables, columns, types), the 5-phase application loop, and non-negotiable engineering rules. You will not have to guess the business logic; you just need to architect and code it.
