Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential because you will switch between the two languages every day when updating product copy, coordinating with suppliers, and answering customer enquiries. Day to day, you will: • Manage all product listings—adding new SKUs, refreshing photos, editing descriptions, and ensuring stock levels stay accurate. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Shopify, social media platforms, and our email marketing tools, then track performance and optimise the next push. • Handle customer service, replying within 24 hours via live chat, email, and social channels, escalating issues only when absolutely necessary. We stay connected through email for formal updates, instant messaging apps for rapid questions, and weekly video calls to align on priorities. Comfortable, proactive communication in all three channels is a must. Success looks like: zero listing errors, campaigns launched on schedule, customer satisfaction consistently above 95 %, and clear weekly reports on store metrics.
