Throughout, every candidate should receive timely updates and clear next-step instructions so the experience remains positive even for those not selected. Tools & reporting Feel free to work with your preferred ATS or spreadsheets; weekly status reports outlining pipeline volume, stage movement, and expected close dates will be required. Deliverables • A vetted short-list for each open role, complete with résumé, interview notes, and compensation expectations • An interview calendar agreed by all stakeholders • Offer letter coordination and signed acceptance • Onboarding checklist completed for each hire Success criteria A minimum of three qualified, interview-ready candidates submitted within the first seven days of each requisition and a consistent candidate satisfaction rating (survey provided) of 90 % or above.
