AI Real Estate Educational Videos

I’m building a stronger presence on both Instagram and YouTube for my real-estate brand and need short, highly engaging AI-generated videos that teach rather than just promote. The content should sit firmly in the EDUCATIONAL space and revolve around three core topics: • Home Buying Tips • Property Investment Strategies • Market Analysis For each topic, I want snappy, visually appealing clips that feel at home on Instagram Reels as well as in a standard YouTube feed—so versions in 9:16 and 16:9 will be ideal. I’m open to your preferred AI tools (Synthesia, Pictory, VEED, or similar) provided the final footage is polished, captioned, and ready to post without extra editing from my side. Deliverable per topic: – A script that clearly explains the concept in two minutes or less. – The AI-generated video (mp4) with voice-over, on-brand colours, and light music. – A caption/description and three suggested hashtags. Once we agree on a format that works, this can grow into an ongoing batch-production arrangement, but to start I’d like one complete video for each topic listed above.
