We are an IT Recruitment Consultancy looking for an experienced Freelance IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to help us source and shortlist IT candidates.

Responsibilities

Source candidates based on the job descriptions we provide. Search LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals and other relevant platforms. Identify candidates matching the required skills and experience. Shortlist suitable profiles and share CVs with our team. Contact candidates to check their interest and availability. Maintain candidate details in a tracker. Skills required: 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing Good understanding of technical/IT roles Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills Experience with LinkedIn and Naukri Good communication skills Ability to work independently and deliver profiles within agreed timelines This can be an ongoing engagement for the right recruiter. Please mention your IT recruitment experience, sourcing platforms you use, number of profiles you can source per day, and your expected rate in your proposal.
