Fertilizer Production Line Audit

We are establishing a new fertilizer factory in UAE and purchasing approximately 5 TPH liquid fertilizer and NPK powder production lines. We already have complete machinery quotations and technical specifications from two manufacturers. We need an experienced chemical/process engineer with fertilizer manufacturing experience to independently review: * Liquid fertilizer production line * NPK powder/blending line * Mixing tanks and agitators * Pumps, filters and piping * RO/process-water requirements * Heating/steam requirements * Dosing and weighing systems * Filling/packing equipment * Dust collection * Electrical and compressed-air requirements * Missing or unnecessary equipment * Actual achievable production capacity Deliverable: Mark each machine Accept / Modify / Remove / Missing, explain the reason, and provide a final list of questions/changes to send to the suppliers.
