My health-and-wellness app is live on Google Play but, after a full week of running a Google Ads App-Install campaign that Google rates 95 % optimized, I am still sitting at zero installs. I'm not sure what could be the reason, but if you can proove to me that you understand the problem and you already have dealt with such problem, the job is yours. Acceptance criteria: at least 50 real installs from older-adult devices within the first seven days after changes go live, at a CPI that can be scaled. All account access is ready; I simply need your expertise to turn a well-rated but idle campaign into actual downloads.
