Experienced Financial Accountant Needed

I’m looking for a seasoned financial accountant who can step in and manage our end-to-end finance function with minimal hand-holding. The focus is strictly on financial accounting, and the work will revolve around keeping our records clean, compliant, and ready for management review at any time. Day-to-day you’ll be working in Tally ERP 9, the platform we already have in place. If you prefer QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage and can demonstrate clear advantages, I’m open to discussing a migration plan—but please be prepared to handle the transition yourself. Key deliverables: • Complete, error-free financial statements issued monthly and at year-end • Timely internal audits of all financial records with concise commentary on variances or red flags • Bank and ledger reconciliations finished by the 5th business day each month • Accurate payroll processing that meets statutory deadlines • Ongoing bookkeeping so every transaction is posted, coded, and matched in real time Accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to explain figures in plain English are crucial.
