I need an experienced desktop support engineer who can jump in and keep our Windows workstations running smoothly. Most of the calls for help will involve installing or repairing software—chiefly Microsoft Office and our chosen antivirus package—and fixing those stubborn moments when the machine drops off the network. You’ll connect to the user’s PC, diagnose the cause, resolve it, and then leave a brief record of what was done so the issue doesn’t resurface.
