English-Arabic Contract Translation

I’m working on a project in Egypt and need a reliable linguist to translate a series of legal contracts from English into Arabic. Accuracy in legal terminology is critical; the final Arabic wording must mirror the intent of the English source while remaining fully compliant with Egyptian legal standards and phrasing conventions. You will receive the contracts in editable Word files. I’d like the Arabic versions returned in the same layout so lawyers on both sides can compare clauses side by side without extra formatting work. Consistency across multiple documents is important, so if you use CAT tools such as Trados or memoQ, please let me know—providing a translation memory at the end would be a plus. Confidentiality is essential. I’ll ask you to sign a simple NDA before sharing the files. Turnaround time is flexible but please include your realistic timeline per 1,000 words when you respond. Deliverables: • Arabic translations of each contract, preserving structure and numbering • Any supporting glossary or TM you build during the job Once we agree on scope, I’ll forward the first batch of contracts so you can get started right away.
