Images/PDFs into Word & Excel

I have a steady flow of short documents—usually no more than five pages each—arriving in both PDF and image form. I need every file turned into fully editable Word and, where appropriate, Excel versions while keeping the original fonts and styles intact. Accuracy matters more than speed: the finished .docx or .xlsx should look and read as if it were created from the source file, with the same typefaces, weights, and paragraph styling. If you rely on OCR tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, or Tesseract that is fine, as long as you follow up with a careful manual check so nothing slips through. Deliverables (per source document): • A clean, font-faithful .docx replica • An .xlsx file when tabular data appears in the original Send a brief note on how you normally handle mixed-format conversions and any quality-control steps you use.
