Pesapal Gateway Integration for Laravel

I need my existing Laravel site to start accepting payments through the Pesapal API. The job goes beyond a simple checkout button—I want full payment processing, transaction reporting, recurring billing and the ability to handle refunds from the dashboard. You’ll work directly in a Laravel 10 code-base that already has user authentication and an orders table; your task is to wire in Pesapal’s REST endpoints (OAuth, iframe checkout, IPN/webhooks) so every payment event is stored and reconciled automatically. Please keep the implementation clean, PSR-12 compliant and wrapped in a service class so I can swap gateways later if needed. Deliverables • Service class and controller methods for charge, refund, and subscription actions • Migration or model updates for Pesapal transaction data • Webhook listener that logs and reconciles each event • Brief README explaining setup, keys, test credentials and any artisan commands I’ll provide sandbox credentials and server access on a Git branch; once tests pass in the sandbox we’ll move to live keys.
