Boost Android App Installs.

Please do not bid on this project if you cannot proove that you did a successfull marketing campaign of a brand new app with 0 installs! My health-and-wellness app is live on Google Play but, after a full week of running a Google Ads App-Install campaign that Google rates 95 % optimized, I am still sitting at zero installs. I'm not sure what could be the reason, but if you can proove to me that you understand the problem and you already have dealt with such problem, the job is yours. ChatGPT suggest to stop any type of paid advertisemnet since the app does not get a few installs and reviews. So I'm a bit confused and if you have experience with such situation, please advise.
