Excel Sales Data Entry Specialist

I have a backlog of sales figures that must be transferred quickly and accurately into my existing Excel workbooks. All numbers are already compiled on paper and in PDF statements; I simply need them keyed into the correct spreadsheets, matched to dates, product codes, and regions so my running totals and pivot-table dashboards stay up-to-date. You’ll be working only in Excel, taking raw sales data and populating the designated columns, applying my preset formulas where required. Consistency matters: every entry has to follow the same currency format, decimal precision, and naming conventions that the file already uses. With your 45 wpm typing speed and solid command of advanced Excel features—filters, data validation, and basic pivot-table handling—the job should move fast without sacrificing accuracy. Deliverables • Completed Excel sheets with all sales lines added • Cross-checked totals that reconcile with the source documents • A brief log noting any figures that looked unclear or out of range Once I review that everything balances and formulas still calculate correctly, I’ll sign off and release payment.
