Ride-Hailing App Suite

I need a complete Rapido/Ola-style taxi solution for Bhubaneswar, built in Flutter with Firebase back-end, ready within 20–25 days and handed over with full source code. USER APP (Android) The customer side must allow OTP login and let riders pick their pick-up/drop points on Google Maps. After that, three vehicle options—Bike, Auto and Car—should appear with editable base fares (e.g., Bike ₹80, Auto ₹120, Car ₹250). A live fare estimate, real-time tracking, and an SOS button are essential. Payment flows must cover Cash, UPI and Credit/Debit Cards. I also want promo codes, in-app chat, and multiple drop-offs supported. Ride history and ratings round out the core experience. DRIVER APP (Android) Drivers toggle Online/Offline, receive accept/decline pop-ups, and navigate using integrated maps. A wallet view should break down daily earnings, while a rating system and real-time chat with the rider keep quality high. ADMIN PANEL (Web) Through a web dashboard I need to: • View / filter all users, drivers and rides • Manually approve, block or verify drivers • Adjust fares and set a 20 % commission • Watch ongoing rides on a God-view map Deliver all three apps fully tested, with clean, modular code and clear setup documentation so I can rebrand, tweak fares or commission rates later without external help.
