Download Lottery Results and refresh -- 3

I am in need of a competent developer who can automate a refresh and realtime lotto results from a website and provide predictions based on a criteria that I will specify. Key objectives of the project: * The results should be downloaded in real time after each result (every 3 minutes) * Results should be in excel spreadsheet * After each refresh - automatic analysis of the results in Excel should be undertaken and provide a list of numbers that have yet to been drawn based on a set criteria * I should get a telegram notification for the numbers that have not been drawn for the last x draws I do require this to be done in the next 3-5 days so please only bid if you have capacity.
