G+2 RCC Structural Design

I’m in the early planning stage for a ground-plus-two-storey house and need the complete reinforced-concrete structural package. Once I share the architectural layout and soil report, I’d like you to analyse the frame, size every member, and produce clear drawings my site team can follow. I’m comfortable finalising the governing code together—whether that ends up being IS, ACI, or Eurocode—so please be ready to work to whichever standard local approvals demand. ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or a comparable analysis tool is preferred for modelling; AutoCAD (or Revit, if you work BIM-first) for the drawings. Accuracy, constructability, and clean documentation matter more to me than flashy presentation. Deliverables I expect: • Calculation report showing loads, combinations, and member checks • Foundation, beam, column, slab, and staircase designs with reinforcement details • Bar-bending schedules and concrete quantity take-off • Editable CAD files (DWG) and a locked PDF set for construction • One round of post-submission revisions to address reviewer comments If you’ve successfully delivered similar G+2 projects before and can commit to a quick turnaround once inputs are shared, I’m ready to move forward.
