Entry-Level Recruitment HR Support

I need an energetic HR professional who can jump straight into our talent hunt, focusing exclusively on entry-level roles. Your day-to-day work will revolve around building strong candidate pipelines through the job boards and social media channels I already rely on, then guiding those shortlisted applicants through each step of our hiring flow and into a smooth first week on the team. You’ll be expected to attract the right profiles, keep applicants engaged and informed, and make sure every new hire receives the resources, paperwork and warm welcome they need to start producing quickly. Deliverables I will use to measure success: • A continually updated tracker of leads generated from job boards and social platforms • Weekly summary of funnel metrics (applications, screenings passed, offers accepted) • Completed onboarding checklist submitted for every new starter within their first five working days If you thrive on sourcing fresh talent, communicating clearly with candidates and managers alike, and keeping the onboarding train running on time, I’d love to see how you can help us grow.
