About the job

Revised Project Description I am seeking a currently licensed attorney in the United States, not a paralegal, legal researcher, document preparer, law student, or non-U.S. legal consultant. This project concerns potential Ohio medical-malpractice and Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) claims involving prolonged metoclopramide (Reglan) exposure and alleged resulting injuries. I have substantial medical records, medication records, physician documentation, witness information, correspondence, and video documentation available for attorney review. The attorney must be able to provide actual legal representation—not merely draft documents for me to file pro se. I need an attorney who can evaluate the appropriate claims, prepare the necessary pleadings/documents, and electronically file on my behalf and represent me when legally required or appropriate. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU QUALIFY: 1. You must be a currently active, licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 2. Your license must permit you to provide the proposed representation, including any necessary admission, pro hac vice/local-counsel arrangement, or federal-court admission applicable to my case. 3. You must be willing and legally able to represent me as my attorney, rather than simply preparing documents for me to file myself. 4. You must be capable of handling electronic filing through the appropriate court filing system when required, using your own authorized attorney credentials. I will not provide my personal login credentials. 5. Experience with medical malpractice, FTCA/federal litigation, pharmaceutical injury, or complex civil litigation is strongly preferred. YOUR PROPOSAL MUST INCLUDE: • Full legal name • State(s) of bar admission • Bar/attorney registration number(s) • Current license status • Federal court admission(s), if applicable • Whether you can personally represent me in Ohio/federal court or would require local counsel/pro hac vice admission • Confirmation that you can electronically file documents on my behalf when authorized and required • Relevant medical-malpractice and/or FTCA experience I will independently verify all attorney credentials with the applicable official licensing authority before hiring. Please do not submit a proposal if you provide only legal research, drafting, paralegal, document-preparation, or consulting services and cannot legally act as my attorney. My objective is to retain a qualified U.S.-licensed attorney who can review the evidence, advise me concerning the appropriate claims and deadlines, prepare the necessary documents, and provide actual representation and filing services as appropriate.
