Laundry Booking Website with WhatsApp

I run a local laundry service and want to move all customer bookings online. The site should be clean, mobile-first, and fast. Its main job is to let people choose the service they need, pick an available time slot, and track everything through their own account. To keep things friction-free I’d like every status update—confirmation, reminders, ready-for-pickup alerts—to be sent automatically through WhatsApp, not email or SMS. Please wire this flow to the official WhatsApp Business API (or an equivalent approved gateway) so messages reach customers instantly and I can reply from my phone. Core features I need live on launch: • Appointment scheduling with real-time slot availability • Service selection (wash & fold, dry cleaning, ironing, etc.) with clear pricing tied to each option • Customer account management so users can view past and upcoming orders, edit profiles, and save addresses An intuitive admin dashboard should let me: update time slots, add new services or promotions, see all orders at a glance, and export data to Excel/CSV for bookkeeping. If you prefer WordPress (with WooCommerce + a booking plugin), Laravel, or a lightweight React/Next.js stack, I’m open; just keep the build easy for a non-tech owner to maintain. Deliver a fully functional site deployed to my hosting, configure the WhatsApp integration end-to-end, and give me a brief handover call or video walkthrough so I can manage bookings solo afterward.
