Zoho to Google Workspace Migration

The heavy lifting is done: the domain is already verified and my Google Workspace account is live. I now need the final pieces handled quickly so I can retire Zoho this week. Here’s what’s left on my side: • Migrate every bit of email and all contact data (one primary Zoho mailbox plus several aliases) into the matching Google Workspace account via IMAP. • Point the MX record in Namecheap to Google and double-check that no other DNS entries are disturbed in the process. • Build on the configuration I’ve set up—please don’t start over or change anything that’s already working. Access will be via a temporary secondary Workspace admin login and an app-specific Zoho IMAP password; I’ll revoke both when the job is finished. I’d like everything wrapped up by Friday evening, Irish time, so speed is important. When you respond, a brief note showing similar migrations you’ve handled is all I need—past work speaks louder than long proposals.
