Hiring Telecaller / Business Development Executive – Website Development Clients We are looking for a professional and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive to help us acquire new clients for website development projects.

What you will do

* Call business owners directly from the leads we provide. * Introduce our website development services professionally. * Identify businesses that are interested in getting a new website or improving their existing website. * Follow up with interested business owners. * Share our demo/portfolio when appropriate. * If a client is interested, connect them with our team for further discussion, pricing, customization and development. What we provide * Filtered business leads with contact details. * Guidance on how to approach different types of businesses. * Website demos and portfolio materials. * Our team handles technical discussions, website development and delivery. Commission This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. You will receive 30% of every website project you successfully convert into a paid client. Example: * $1,000 project → $300 commission * $2,000 project → $600 commission No fixed salary or payment for unsuccessful calls. The more clients you convert, the more you earn.

Requirements

* Confident and professional communication. * Comfortable speaking directly with business owners. * Good ability to explain services and handle basic objections. * You can communicate in the language commonly used by your target businesses. * Reliable for follow-ups.
