About the job

Project description: I am building an industrial facility in Texas and plan to purchase a pre-engineered steel building directly from a manufacturer in China. I need a licensed Professional Engineer with an active license in Texas to handle the engineering side of this project. Scope of work: Review the manufacturer’s structural design and specify the correct steel type, grade and thickness for the building; Confirm the drawings are compliant with Texas standards (IBC, building codes) and local jurisdiction requirements; Stamp and seal the structural drawings so I can submit for the building permit; Provide guidance on any engineering calculations or documentation required by the local authority. What I need from you: Active Texas PE license number (I will verify it on the TBPELS directory); Quote for your services (fixed price or hourly); Estimated timeline. I want to work directly with the engineer and agree on a fair market price. Please send me your proposal and let me know if you have any questions about the project.
