Minecraft Mod with Unique Characters and Special Features

I am looking for a developer to create a Minecraft mod featuring 45 unique characters. Around 20 of these characters will have special bonds, gifts, and abilities they can provide to the player. The mod should also include engaging gameplay mechanics that enhance player interaction with these characters. Ideal candidates should have experience in modding Minecraft and creating custom features.
