I’m looking to integrate a chatbot into my website so visitors receive quick, automated replies around the clock. The main goal is to handle incoming messages without needing me to be online, keeping conversations flowing smoothly and professionally. Here’s what I need: • A web-based chatbot that embeds cleanly into my current site. • Intelligent response logic that can recognise common questions and deliver relevant answers or helpful links. • An easy interface or dashboard so I can update replies, view conversation logs, and add new FAQs as my content evolves. • Seamless hand-off to live chat or email when the bot can’t resolve an inquiry. • Clear guidance on how to install, test, and maintain the bot once delivered. I’m open to using well-known frameworks or APIs such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar—whatever achieves reliable performance and is straightforward for me to manage later. All code, configuration files, and setup instructions should be provided so I can host the solution on my own server.
