Compensation

₹700 for every qualified meeting that attends. There is no fixed earning cap — the more qualified meetings you generate, the more you earn. For example: * 10 attended meetings = ₹7,000 * 20 attended meetings = ₹14,000 * 40 attended meetings = ₹28,000 If you consistently deliver results, we’re open to negotiating better compensation based on your performance. Your job * Call businesses from our provided lead list * Speak with owners and decision-makers * Introduce our AI solution * Handle basic objections * Book qualified meetings * Follow up with interested prospects We provide Lead lists Calling system Sales script Training & guidance CRM/process Calendar for booking meetings You don’t need to buy leads or calling software. Who we’re looking for * Good spoken English * Comfortable with cold calling * Patient and persistent * Can handle rejection * Can make 100–200+ calls consistently * Can maintain the same energy after hearing multiple “NOs” * Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory We’re looking for people with hunger, patience and consistency.
