Mayday Parade Concert Coordination

I’m organising a live Mayday Parade performance and need an experienced concert coordinator to steer the project from initial planning through show day. The venue, date, and final scope are still open, so I’m looking for someone who can help shape everything—sourcing and securing a suitable space, negotiating with suppliers, arranging backline and sound, building a realistic timeline, and keeping every stakeholder on the same page. What I’d like from you: • A brief proposal outlining how you would approach venue selection, technical production, artist hospitality, ticketing, and day-of execution • An estimated timeline with key milestones from contract signing to load-out • Examples of comparable shows or tours you’ve managed, highlighting any rock or pop-punk acts • A clear breakdown of the support you can personally provide versus what you would subcontract or recommend I’ll review proposals on the strength of past live-music experience, practical problem-solving, and ability to communicate clearly under tight timelines.
