MIDI Fader Console with USB Integration

I'm looking for a skilled developer to build a lighting MIDI fader console with USB integration. The console will primarily be used on Windows. Key Requirements: - User Interface: Physical knobs and faders - USB Integration: Must support Windows - Features: - Programmable buttons - Mappable controls Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with MIDI hardware and software - Proficiency in USB integration for Windows - Knowledge of physical interface design with knobs and faders - Ability to implement programmable and mappable controls Please provide samples of previous work related to MIDI or hardware integration. We are an American Manufacturing Company looking to replace our lead designer. Must have Cad and Programming experience, understand UL certifications, and be able to design “build ready” products. This is the first project of several that we are interested in building.
