Single-Page WordPress Portfolio Build

I’d like a vibrant, single-page portfolio built in WordPress and set up to run locally on my computer. The look should feel creative and colorful rather than minimalist, with smooth scrolling sections that showcase two key areas of content: (1) my projects and case studies and (2) a gallery for photography and artwork. You may work with a lightweight custom theme or a child theme—Elementor, Gutenberg blocks, or another page-builder is fine so long as the end result remains easy for me to edit. I will be running WordPress through a local host solution such as XAMPP or MAMP, so the files you hand over must import cleanly into that environment without extra configuration. Please include: • A zip of the finished theme (or child theme) with all styling, templates, and sample content • Any custom plugins or code you add, clearly organised • An SQL or XML export so I can replicate the demo layout instantly • A brief step-by-step guide showing how to install everything on my local host, replace placeholder images/text, and switch colours or fonts later The finished page should be fully responsive, load quickly, and keep visual consistency across modern browsers.
