HR & Recruitment for Digital Operation

HR & Recruitment Executive — Angels and Queens LSGF Angels and Queens LSGF Freelancer Co-operation Private Limited is building a new digital freelancer and business-services operation. We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment professional who can work remotely on a part-time/contract basis and help us establish our recruitment process. Initial assignment: • Design a simple recruitment workflow • Prepare job descriptions and recruitment advertisements • Source suitable candidates • Screen CVs/applications • Conduct initial online interviews • Coordinate practical assessments • Maintain a candidate tracker • Assist with onboarding documentation • Stage 1 Recruitment Mission: The selected HR & Recruitment Executive will help establish the recruitment system and subsequently support the recruitment of the remaining 9 members of our initial 10-person Stage 1 team. Ideal candidate: • HR/recruitment experience • Strong communication skills • Experience with remote recruitment • Good organizational skills • Comfortable using online recruitment platforms • Professionalism and confidentiality • Ability to work independently This is an initial project with potential for continued work if the collaboration is successful.
