Google Sheets Budget Data Entry

I need all of my project-related budget numbers transferred into Google Sheets. The figures are already compiled; what’s missing is a clean, well-structured spreadsheet that follows the guidelines I use for categorising costs, revenue projections, and variance tracking. Because I don’t yet have a formal template, the first step will be to translate those guidelines into a practical sheet layout—think organised tabs for individual projects, clear category columns, and simple formulas for totals and comparisons. Once the structure is agreed, you’ll enter the full set of project budget data, double-checking accuracy and making sure every amount ends up in the right place. If simple conditional formatting or basic charts will help highlight overruns or unused funds, feel free to add them; just keep the file easy for non-technical team members to follow.
