UI/UX Redesign for School ERP Admin Panel

### UI/UX Expert Required – School ERP Admin Panel Audit & Modern Redesign We are developing a **School ERP SaaS product** and currently have an existing admin panel built using the **WOW Dashboard template**. We are looking for an experienced **UI/UX Designer / Frontend Developer** who can review the **entire admin panel**, provide professional feedback, and propose a roadmap and quotation to give the product a **modern, professional SaaS look and feel**. ### What We Need This is not just a task to change the sidebar or individual screens. We want someone who can **scan and review the complete admin panel** and identify areas where the design, usability, consistency, and overall user experience can be improved. The freelancer should review: * Left sidebar/navigation * Dashboard * Student management * Teacher management * Attendance * Fees & fee collection * Classes & sections * Timetable * Examination * Homework * Notices * Reports * Settings * Forms and data-entry screens * Tables and listing pages * Filters and search * Modals/popups * Buttons, cards and components * Typography, spacing and alignment * Icons and visual hierarchy * Responsive/mobile behavior * Overall UX consistency ### Expected First Phase – UI/UX Audit Before starting development, we expect the freelancer to: 1. Review the complete existing admin panel. 2. Understand the current navigation and user flow. 3. Identify UI/UX problems and inconsistencies. 4. Suggest improvements for the overall design system. 5. Recommend how the existing WOW Dashboard template can be improved or whether certain sections should be redesigned. 6. Provide examples/references of the proposed modern design direction. 7. Share a **detailed quotation/estimate** for implementing the recommended improvements. ### Design Direction We want the product to feel like a **modern commercial SaaS product**, rather than a standard purchased admin template. The design should be: * Modern * Clean * Professional * Simple to understand * Consistent * Fast and uncluttered * Suitable for school administrators and principals * Responsive * Scalable for future modules We are open to suggestions from the designer regarding colors, typography, layout, navigation, cards, tables, forms, icons and other UI elements. ### Technology Current frontend: * React * Vite * TypeScript * WOW Dashboard template * Existing REST APIs The existing functionality and APIs should be preserved. ### Ideal Freelancer We are looking for someone with strong experience in: * SaaS dashboard design * Admin panels * ERP UI/UX * React applications * Modern web application design * UI/UX audits * Design systems and reusable components Experience with **ERP, School Management Systems, CRM or similar business applications** will be an advantage. ### Important **Please do not immediately quote only for changing the sidebar.** We want you to first **review the complete admin panel**, understand the product, identify the design/UX gaps, and then provide your recommendation and quotation.
