We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / SDR to help us connect with U.S.-based Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agencies/Brokers Responsibilities * Research and identify potential U.S. P&C insurance agencies * Contact agency owners, principals, producers, and operations managers * Conduct cold outreach through phone * Introduce our services in a professional and simple way * Qualify prospects based on their current staffing and operational needs * Schedule qualified meetings with our team * Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up records * Follow up consistently with interested prospects * Provide a brief daily/weekly activity report Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in **appointment setting, SDR, B2B cold calling, or lead generation * Experience targeting U.S. businesses * Strong spoken and written English * Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers * Able to handle cold outreach and follow-ups professionally * Insurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory * Must be reliable and able to work during **U.S. business hours Target Market **Industry:** Property & Casualty Insurance **Location:** United States **Target contacts:** Agency Owners, Principals, CEOs, Producers, Operations Managers ### Main Goal The primary goal is **qualified meetings**, not simply sending a large number of messages. We are looking for someone who can identify agencies that may genuinely need additional operational support and schedule conversations with decision-makers. Please include in your proposal: 1. Your previous appointment-setting/SDR experience 2. Experience working with U.S. clients 3. Which channels you have used — Phone, LinkedIn, Email, etc. 4. How many qualified meetings you have typically generated per month 5. A short example of your cold outreach approach
