Convert PDF Content to Excel

No need to replicate fonts, colours, or layout quirks from the original PDF. Accuracy and clean structure matter far more than cosmetic fidelity. Tools are up to you—whether you lean on Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, Power Query, or a custom script—as long as the final .xlsx file opens without warnings and mirrors the source content item for item.
