Comprehensive AI Real Estate Sales System

’m building an AI-powered real estate sales system for the Mumbai market and am looking for an AI/full-stack developer to help me build the MVP. The idea is to create an AI sales agent for real estate brokers that communicates with potential buyers primarily through WhatsApp. The AI should be able to respond instantly to enquiries, understand what the buyer is looking for (budget, location, BHK, purpose, timeline, etc.), search the broker’s actual property inventory, recommend relevant properties, answer basic questions, collect the lead’s information, and help arrange a site visit. It should also automatically follow up with interested leads and notify the broker/salesperson when a lead is qualified or ready to speak to a human. Essentially, I want to create an AI “junior salesperson” that helps brokers turn more enquiries into qualified leads and site visits rather than simply being a generic chatbot. Your role would be to help me design and build the technical side of this product from the ground up. I am open to the technology stack, but I expect the project to involve an LLM such as OpenAI, WhatsApp Business API, a property database/CRM, automation, and potentially a simple dashboard for the broker. For the first version, we want to keep things relatively simple: one broker, one WhatsApp number, and a small database of their properties, and prove that the AI can actually handle enquiries and recommend the correct properties. I’m looking for someone who has experience building AI agents, API integrations, WhatsApp bots, RAG/vector search or similar AI applications, and full-stack systems. You would be responsible for helping architect the MVP, building the AI workflow and integrations, testing it with real-world conversations, fixing issues, and potentially continuing as the technical developer as we onboard our first clients. I’m not looking to over-engineer this initially — I want to build a working product quickly, test it with real Mumbai real-estate brokers, learn from those clients, and then expand the system based on what the market actually needs.
