Freelance Bidder & Portfolio Manager Needed

I’m looking for a Freelance Bidder & Portfolio Manager to help me find relevant projects on Freelancer.com, write targeted proposals, and organize/improve my existing portfolio. The projects will mainly be related to AI & Data Science, Python, Machine Learning, AI Automation, Chatbots, Computer Vision, Web Development, and Graphic Design. I want someone who can identify genuine projects, avoid wasting bids, write customized proposals, track client responses, and help present my existing work professionally. This is a performance-based role. There is no fixed salary. The commission is $15 for every 3 successfully won projects. A project counts only when the client actually hires me and the project is confirmed. Please apply with your previous bidding experience, platforms you have worked on, and any relevant results.
